Gas & Port Return Policy

At Gas & Port, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

What’s Your Return Policy?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this applies, please email us at info@gasandport.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll sort it out for you.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Refunds are only issued for:

Incorrect items received.
Items that arrive damaged or defective.

If eligible, please contact us at info@gasandport.com with your order number and photos of the issue to request a refund.

Can I Exchange an Item for a Different Size/Color?

We don’t offer size or color exchanges. To ensure the right fit, please check the sizing charts available on each product page before placing your order.

If you believe your item was mislabeled, contact us at info@gasandport.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos, and we’ll resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Lost or Unclaimed Packages

Lost in Transit: If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed shipments will be returned to us. Customers will be responsible for the cost of reshipping if applicable.

Important Notes

Sealed Goods: For health and hygiene reasons, certain items (such as face masks) cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened.
EU Customers: If you reside in the EU, please note that certain goods (such as personalized or sealed items) may not be eligible for return, in accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
